3. Long term strategies for building heat resilience.
Shri Paras Nath Rai is a seasoned practitioner, administrator, trainer and knowledge management expert in the area of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and disaster management. He has worked with the Department of Disaster Management, Government of Bihar as Special Secretary. He is a member Bihar State Disaster Management Authority (BSDM).
